I find it hard to make decisions.

I am not quite sure why. So I am trying to figure it out here.

14 Days of Self Trust. Day 3.

Friday. Friday. Friday!


It’s been a long week for me. I lost my weight loss challenge – but also lost 20 pounds. So, I am calling it a win.


In a celebration of Friday, today’s challenge is quick and easy.


Sit down, set your phone time for 15 minutes and on a blank sheet of paper unload your mind onto the page. Think about major decisions that have been stressing you out. You are not supposed to think of solutions and this IS NOT a pro and con list. This is your time to empty your mind and put your decisions on paper. Some people call this a brain dump.


When the timer ends. Fold up the paper and put it somewhere that we can reference it later. Was it easy to get your thoughts on paper or was it difficult for you? Want to share some thoughts, feel free to leave it in the comments or message me.
