I find it hard to make decisions.

I am not quite sure why. So I am trying to figure it out here.

14 Days of Self Trust. Days 4 and 5.

Checking in during the last few hours of the weekend. I made the decision to straight bum it this weekend. The most productive thing I did was making these delicious Apple Cider Vinegar Pork Chops

I also filmed a few videos on Whole30 tips and life. Those should be up soon. I have so much to say about Whole30 and obviously, I love a challenge with an end date. So I will start to share my thoughts and feelings on that. Tonight, I am feeling grateful there wasn’t any buffalo chicken dip in my proximity that I had to be strong around.

Oh, and I did my taxes. So even though I have barely changed out of my pajamas and didn’t leave the house, I guess I was pretty productive.

Lucky for you our challenges for day 4 and 5 are pretty easy but may be challenging mentally and emotionally.

Day 4 Challenge: Clear your calendar next Sunday. From noon to bedtime, have it free for an (non)exercise that we will do that day.

Day 5 Challenge: Reference your brain dump from Day 3. All those decisions that swirl around your head – they are stealing your mental energy. So steal it back. Pick a big one and put it on hold for the next 3 months. It;s easier said then done, but trust that you will pick the right one and trust that you will see it with new eyes and a new heart in 3 months time. Give yourself the grace to put it on hold, to not obsess or dwell on it for the next 3 months.

Spoiler Alert: Next Sunday afternoon, we are going to do something similar but instead of reclaiming mental space we are going to reclaim free time. We are going to talk about how you savor your day. Do whatever you want. I look forward to talking about that more this week and next Sunday.

I hope you had a restorative weekend and I will see you tomorrow.
